TOP CHARITY Art
The exhibition is part of TOP CHARITY – an initiative that has been building an international community of business, philanthropy, and art for five years. It is co-created by artists and collectors who donate works that are transformed into aid for those in need in Poland and around the world. Proceeds from the auctions fund the activities of its organizers: Omenaa Foundation, which provides care for 1,200 charges in Polish Children's Homes, supports the education of 7,157 students, and has so far rescued 578 children from slave labor in Ghana; Rafał Brzoska Foundation, providing development opportunities and scholarships for 99 students; Philanthropic Consortium, through which 196 significant social projects by Polish and international foundations have been carried out; OmenaArt Foundation, supporting artists and cultural institutions, including through collaboration with the Museum of King Jan III's Palace at Wilanów and fostering dialogue between contemporary art and history.
The Foundation is organizing TOP CHARITY Art in the Wilanów Orangery for the fourth time.
This year, the exhibition is divided into three chapters: TOP CHARITY, Unveiling the African Art Collection of OmenaArt Foundation, and Phenomenaa Gallery Selection. The presentation is complemented by large-format objects in the Sculpture Garden. The main part of the exhibition comprises works destined for auction, selected by an international Artistic Council guided by diversity of media, formats, generations, and sensibilities.
This year's edition of the TOP CHARITY Gala, taking place on May 30, will prove for the fifth time that art has the power to change reality.
